Bedfordshire CCG, along with Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough councils, funds Carers in Bedfordshire to deliver carer services. One of the services available are carers cafés, of which there are five across the county. The cafes offer a relaxed environment with easy access, and an opportunity to make friends and talk to others in a similar position.

The newest addition is the Leighton Buzzard Carers Café which opened its doors on 16 January.
The Leighton Buzzard Carers Café takes place on every third Thursday of the month at the Carers in Bedfordshire’s office, Ground Floor, Arden House, West Street, Leighton Buzzard LU7 1DD.
