Building Healthier Partnerships - Working with our Communities

As part of the BLMK ICS, we have joined a programme called Building Health Partnerships. The programme explores how local groups and organisations can work together to deliver valuable services in their local community that help people stay healthy and well.

The programme breaks the usual mould as it enables new and fresh faced solutions, which are based on conversations between different organisations with patients and public at the centre.

The two Bedfordshire communities involved in the programme are Queens Park in Bedford Borough and Leighton Buzzard in Central Bedfordshire.
